These are the easiest foods swaps you could do right now to take control of your health. Stop cooking with and eating foods that used processed inflammatory oils. Wen you eat bread, make sure it's nutrient sense, complex grains. Stop using cruddy processed salt and used the better for you unrefined salt.

When you learn about what Agenda 21 and 2030 are and the climate depopulation agenda ,you will realize that the individual is not important to them The FDA has allowed MANY additives that other Countries BAN. Our government is littered with corruption.The Teachers Union as well. Our schools from kindergarten to University are full of people who are indoctrinated,who in turn indoctrinate . I've been binging your videos because I'm on a mission to get healthy. I'm truly disgusted by what they have allowed to pass as "food" in the states. The fact that they KNOW what this stuff can do to people and just shrug it off, for money, is infuriating. *THREE UPDATES* UPDATE 1/13/23: I've lost 21lbs. I've started to implement other changes like healthier cleaning products, candles, bedsheets (all cotton), etc. I haven't completely cut everything. Still other things to work on and another 20lbs to lose! Will update again when that happens along with any other changes I've made. One thing I have NOT budged on are dyes in food. If I see it listed as an ingredient, I put it back. I have even changed toothpaste over this. UPDATE 5/7/2023: I've lost 40lbs. Started a fodmap diet and I've implemented a 15min HIIT workout (shoutout to Chloe Ting workouts) with one other workout, usually the treadmill for 30+ min. Sometimes I'll change it up, but I do try and exercise 6/7 days. The detox is NO JOKE. For awhile I couldn't understand why I felt so awful. I thought within a couple of weeks I'd feel better but it has taken me months of detoxing!! 40lbs was my BIG weight loss goal and I have succeeded! I'm going to lose the rest which is 10lbs if not a little more and then work on building muscle. I'll keep updating! If you're just starting out, YOU'VE GOT THIS! One day at a time. One moment at a time. Also, I do have treats in moderation. Yesterday I ate a giant chocolate chip cookie, hah. 💪😋 UPDATE 7/17/2023: I'm down to 133lbs (Lost over 50lbs). Surpassed my weight loss goal and today am working on building endurance and muscle. As you can see from my updates it has taken me some time to do this. Shopping is a breeze now because I'm more knowledgeable in what is good and bad for me. I'll be praying for all who are on this health journey within the fake food society we live in. I may update one more time around Christmas if I remember, so far I have 😜. God is good.

@@marktepper3440 I think you’re missing the point on salts. Refined salts have the benefits removes through the refinement process. Unrefined do not. HOWEVER, moderation when it comes to sodium intake is key, just because something is better for you or more beneficial doesn’t mean that the better choice isn’t dangerous in excess. Naturally occurring sugars from fruits and such that just appear in nature will make you fat and give you diabetes if it is not moderated and consumed to excess. Hope this helps.

Hi Bobby! Thank you for making this video!! At home, as I grew up, my grandparents and parents have always used extra vigin olive oil for cooking, salads, everything! So I never tried anything else whilst I have heard a lot of the oils you have shown us. What I have been doing over the last 7 years, is checking the labels as it all seem to be having palm oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, etc... all of which I know are bad for you, so I stay away from anything and everything containing any of those oils. As for bread, it is difficult to find good healthy old fashioned bread, but like you said, there are healthier options we can choose from and that is up to us, now we know better, we should do better!! :) Like with the oil, we have always used coarse sea salt at home, and the tradition continues. It was so interesting to hear from you the different kinds of salt and what to look for when buying. Something new to me, personally... was the Ghee :) How is it used? Can it be used for everything in the kitchen?? I would love to know more about it, perhaps try it too! We never used butter, margarine or the likes... so this really is new!! I am so glad to hear that Seed's is now avilable for international shipment!! Will be having many hooked to it!! Thank you

Your body naturally has unique microbiome, even in your "tummy with acid". The best way to improve your microbiome is to eat probiotic food like yogurt, but to also eat healthy in general. This will encourage the good bacteria to grow and thrive. If you eat junk, it will encourage the bad bacteria to grow and thrive. Eat healthier foods and your body and microbiome will adjust to eating healthier. You do not need to buy $50 probiotic pills.

Hi Bobby! Great video! Hope your message can reach more and more people. Regarding salt, I’ve been moving away from sea salt due to the presence of microplastics … is this an area of concern for you too?
@ANieves3873
@ANieves3873 Жыл бұрын
Micro plastics are a huge concern along with PFAS. The EPA has basically said no amount now is “safe”. Who knows if they will reverse course for one reason or another. I know Bobby has a nice RO system at home but this still is found everywhere. www.epa.gov/newsreleases/epa-announces-new-drinking-water-health-advisories-pfas-chemicals-1-billion-bipartisan

All of Bobby's videos lately: 1) Coconut, avocado, and EV olive oils > sunflower, canola, safflower, corn, vegetable (highly processed highly inflammatory) *** buy SEED *** 2) Whole grains for bread, sprouted bread is best (Ezekiel brand) 3) unprocessed salt > bleached salts Too bad all of these decisions greatly increase the cost of products, by a lot. :(

Bobby have you ever done an olive oil tasting to know how to tell quality extra virgin olive oil from from lower quality? Italy is probably one of the worst countries to get it from because it’s all the big businesses that own the farms there. Spain and Croatia are among the best.
