Thanks Sharon. Today since afternoon all of a sudden I started itching . Towards evening, it started getting worse. I just typed eft tapping for itching and whoa I got it. This is really awesome. I never expected to find EFT tapping for itching. Thank you so so much. I am confident I will get relief with this EFT tapping

Hello Sharon - Thank you for this. I have MCAS - Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, unable to take meds for my hyper-reactionary immune system. Loved addressing the immense itching with my skin this way. Thank you so much for your compassion, understanding and help. Im just about in tears because I'm feeling so overwhelmed by my skin and somehow, for some reason, I'm basing my self worth on this aweful itch-Ness that I can't figure out. I've always had skin issues, especially after I got diagnosed with Type One Diabetes at age 10, but this is ridiculous. Thanks again for your wonderful video. It is safe to let go of itching now and I love my skin. I choose calm. I am saving this video, it's been most helpful. Everyday ill be tapping away. ❤ Now my itching is at a 6 instead of a 10 :)
