@@dipangshujoshimeditation, positive thoughts, self confidence and patience really helps in such conditions. This happens to me also. But when such a thing happens then i call someone and talk about this , then my mind feels fresh or i start studying to divert my mind from such thoughts. Same bhai koi solution Mila mein ek baat ke upar 1.5 mahine se overthinking kr rha hun mujhe pta hai ki wo real nhi hai lekin pta nhi fir bhi kese Mera dimag uske upar chle jata hai kya meditation se help milegi or jab mein overthinking jyada krne lgta hun toh ajib se ghuttan ki feeling hoti hai

Distraction is the best solution for overthinking, get busy in anything , sports and exercise are the quickest solution in case of overthinking, these are not permanent , you have to do these everyday

I want to relay my feelings so im writing this so in India it's 12:49 am it's a normal time for me but today i am feeling something i don't know yesterday I didn't sleep all night and today o sleep at 9:00 pm but wake up by 10:18 pm now my grandma and one elder sister is sleeping and me and my second sister is awake i am feeling scared thinking if i would fall asleep today or not my heart have something heavy on it but i don't know what is it i am feeling like crying but giving support to myself thinking usually I used to sleep at 2:30 or 3:00 am but today its only 1:00 now but i don't know ehy i am not getting it and at the end i know i am going to be awake whole night!! 😢

Stop abusing yourself by waking up all night and seeing mobile phones all time try to practice yoga and do lots of exercise like running jogging walking nd be happy trust me follow this and you started to feel sleepy at nights and dont stress its normal❤

Hey anyone listening to me I need an advice I'm suffering from overthinking too much First I'm in a relationship he loves me endlessly he is doing everything for our future but the main problem is our religion and i know my family will never accept this but he is not seeing the reality he only loves me and lives far from his family and don't talk too much to them but send them money every month like he is very responsible to his family and to me too but I'm telling him to move on cause i know i can't request my family to accept this relationship my family did so much to me 😢 I can't betray them but he is not listening to me what should i do??
