Want to learn how to buy a business? (Free Consult): contrarianthinking.biz/youtub...
I have some exciting news (this is the first time talking about it)!!
After teaching over 3,000 people how to buy businesses in the last 3 years, I've learned a lot. Because of that we completely revamped the Main Street Accelerator. It's a step-by-step guide on how you can buy businesses like they do on Wall Street. It's safe to say I think this is the best program on business buying.
If you're into that kind of thing you can check it out here: contrarianthinking.co/main-st...
-----------------------------------------------------
WHAT BROUGHT ME TO KZfaq: I worked at Goldman Sachs, in Private Equity, and built up a $100M holding company. But after being in Wall Street for so long, I got tired of managing hundreds of millions for the rich. Investing was for the few not the many. F that. You all are the reason I do this. We as a society need to get rich together. My mission is to create 100,000 business owners, I hope you’re one.

8:00. Shocking.... But private equality is creating all the problems in the world. Private equity is why there is a housing crisis. Private equity is why we have massive car loan and and subprime loan problems in america. Private equity linked to political lobbies is the cause of massive transportation catastrophes like the East Palestine rail accident and Boeing's on going quality issues.

I invested in the program over the weekend. I purchased it on May 19th 2024. The reason I invested in your Main Street Accelerator program is because I’m getting my EMBA from Washington State University and would like to compare the two curriculums to see which one is more beneficial for what I’m looking to achieve in the business sector. I look forward to learning and applying what you’re teaching inside the course.

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.

Since the outbreak of 2020, which significantly affected the market, I've been consulting an investment coach before making any investment decisions because their entire philosophy is built around employing a high-profit orientated plan while simultaneously trading long and short, as well as decreasing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. When coupled with their access to odd data and analysis, underperformance is virtually impossible.

There are lots of things I know how to do, but to me in my area I don't see them as a profitable venture. There is a big dream that keeps coming back to me and that is opening a RV park; my problem is I have no money to put inyo it and my credit isn't the best. I would like to know where to start.

9:05 Don't believe all of the ones that say, "If you just fix this___ then everything will be fine!" It is always a series of things. We try to 1) activate and lift our employees because they are co-laborers in the mission. 2) run brainstorming sessions where they can share ideas for development (in a really nice environment or with great catered food to show a little appreciation). 3) Ask them what they want if they help you reach your goals (profit share, vacation time, catered lunches, movie tickets, Christmas gift, etc). 4) Work to slide your style of leadership to empower them. Then the business HAS to grow to make room for them. 5)Look for synergies and connect them to other synergies! This causes geometric growth. We have now tripled production and done more than 45 improvement projects during the past 4 years.

She herself is a product she is selling and we are the end customers, you need to understand this as a concept.

They wanted her to volunteer and when the company was making money they'd pay her. She said, "Nope." Then they said, "Okay we'll give you $1,000 per month now, but you have to be available 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week. And when the company is making money we want you to pay us back the past money we gave you and then you'll earn 1% of our profits." She said, "Nope." The company didn't last 6 months. Know your worth
