Acting plays a big factor in why his a billionaire. He is the brand so whoever he does partnered brand deals with or his own he brings his following to buy or atleast be eyes on the product and have word of mouth. It's just like you buying small businesses and knowing what to do with them comes from your financial background and networking you have built up for years. The average Joe can buy business and make it successful. However, it will take 10 x longer or a lot of cash thrown at the right people to make it head in that direction. Not throwing shade at you that's great you've built what you have impressive even. I think the adverage joe should do the same people that have worked in a company for a good 5 to 10 years blthat have built relationships and networked in their industry a lot of the time could/should be able to spawn a business/idea from their situation or look at how they could possibly do so.

This is great. Starting small can lead to big wins. Think tutoring or freelance gigs online as other options too.

He's kind of skirting around the issue: patriarchy and the fact that men will defend it to the detriment of all women and families. Women are just more aware of how unfair life as a woman truly is. There may also be a lack of hope for a positive outcome. I don't agree with him though: I am the happiest since I have accepted reality and that men in general should not be the centre of attention in my life (or any woman's for that matter). Previously, women had to hide their misery in relationships (and always felt responsible or at fault). Many have woken up and know the truth now.

Last park I was in got sold to one these LLC types . He jacked rent $200 but included free electric . Great for folks running up their electric bill but for me took away all control over my electric usage . ( that’s corporate socialism for ya ) So for me the rent increase minus my average electric usage was $150 . No improvements , new amenities, zilch for the increase . I moved before his inflated rent was due . Funny he called the very day I had already settled in to a much better well taken care of park for less than I was paying at his park before the rate got jacked ! He was whining about my sudden departure saying he woulda’ worked something out ‘ being that I was a good tenant who took care of my camper and lot blah blah blah . No dice . Hope he’s found a replacement tenant as there were already about 8 other empty lots to fill with more full timers ready to split ! 🥺😂 Take your greed and shove it mr. rv park investor . 👎
