One thing that I've found powerful is to stop focusing on trying to "heal" or "remove the lack" , but simply step into a reality where I'm already abundant. I believe that there already exists versions of us where we want what we have, and to step into those versions of ourselves is actually EASIER and more EFFORTLESS in a way, rather than HOLDING ON to the past. Great video Lewis! Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day : ) Much Love 🙏

I have found that if I’m very grateful for what I do have, Abundance in other areas of my life begin to appear. It took me a while to stop feeling sorry for myself and start being grateful for what I do have. It made all the difference in the world emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And when I really took a look at my life and evaluated my life, I actually in reality had a pretty good life. And was truly lacking for nothing. It just takes changing your perspective

immediately the energy between you two are both seen and felt, i love to see you both together. i found Jay when i was going through a breakup and it led me down a rabbit hole to then eventually binge-watch lewis' show. it's beautiful to see two men that i deeply admire come together with this type of synergy, that doesn't feel competitive at all. truly beautiful.

Superb conversation - which was very timely for me, personally. Uncomfortable conversations - the interview was brilliant - my answer is Yes more! How to deal with social circles that are not supportive . How to deal with that and still feel good inside or those who you know was never onboard and still maintain confidence without anger.

Failure is someone else's perspective we adopt to justify the amount of effort we chose to put into something... simply because it didn't meet someone else's expectation. The individual knows exactly how much effort they're inputting and is perfectly fine with it... until someone else throws their expectations onto anothers effort vs asking their reasoning. Failure is a perspective of the other person... not of the individual.

My reminder of balance and how important giving and receiving are necessary to balance and wholeness of a person. Every time I take a breath I breathe in and receive an exhale and give. I can't just do one without the other. So your breath is the spiritual law of giving and receiving. If I become out of balance I just remind myself with a breath.
