In a very special livestream interview my fellow friend and long-time, avid, comic book collector will regale us with his personal reflections and stories with books from his collection spanning from the 1940's all the way through the 1970's.
Stephen has collected for 64 years starting in 1960. He was a writer for the Overstreet Comic Book Monthly, and the Comic Book Quarterly. He became an advisor to the Overstreet Price Guide in 1995, and has been doing market observation, critique, and commentary in there since then, for 29 years.
He has literally changed comic book history by proving the first appearance of the Sandman was in "Fair issue 39," not "Adventure Comics issue 40."

Great to hear from knowledgeable collectors who aren't afraid to pull punches! Quite a spectacular collection of books, and it's nice to know there are collectors out there who truly love the hobby beyond the dollar and cents. Would love to see Steppo show some of his more obscure favorites that you usually don't see often beyond the mega keys that he has (although I'd never get tired of that as well).

Steppo is a vast source of knowledge and anyone who gets to hear him drop it will learn so much. We definitely have talked about future shows that take deeper dives into the obscure so stay tuned and thanks for watching my friend!
