When I first began my career in the sewer rehab industry, I was using an eductor to clean basins and pulling a camera through via Armstrong, a winch. In my 40+ years I've worked with Pierpont cameras and crawlers, cues of course Inuktin camera systems. I worked with Insituform, Miller ex method and the UV in Aloha Oregon with Pipe Experts. Just Remember shit runs downhill payday is Friday don't bite your fingernails.

what happens to all the pipes poking into the one your sealed up?

As an instalation technician and CCTV operator for cured in place pipe. To answer your question, once the liner is cured via the UV light train. A robot is entered to then reinstate all the lateral services if there are any in the mainline, if they are petruding as shown in the pre CCTV video they are either trimmed flush prior to lining or trimed after depending on contractor and city's requests.
