What a great video. You have managed to not only capture the love for the sport Bryce has for the sport, but you have also managed to capture the love all lifters have.

He sums it up like Nike. Just do it. We all have days we don't want to but I always remember that I dragged my ass out there and feel great after and glad I did. It's much worse and longer lasting feeling of quitting.

@@calgarybarbell i was thinking about Yury Belkin, i know he doesn't compete in the IPF anymore, and it's from Russia, and i would hate a documentary in Russian to be honest..BUT i think he is the most close version of a "modern Eddy Coan" No ofence to you Bryce! Alot of respects from an IPF athlete to another, I aspire compete and win an IPF world one day. It's just my preferences.

I'm a powerlifter. Lotta people uh...lotta people look at me, and they want to sort of be like me. They want to be a nasty, fully naturally 100% beast, how I look. Step 1? Go to Kroger, get a gallon milk. Gallon a day, do my upper cuts. Would you rather have the ability to do 30 situps in a row? Or would you rather be able to fucking lift an atlas stone? You wanna be strong, you gotta commit. You gotta, it's a big time commitment, it's a big money commitment - you gotta spend about $2000 a year on milk. I like it nice and quiet in my gym. It's my dream one day to have a gym that's guys only. It's gonna be called Guy Heaven. You can't just keep doing the same thing, you gotta invent new ways of working out. You have to shock the body. I do kickers, I do, fucking twisters.

I dont get it. A 20 minute video about a guy who powerlifts, just like thousands of other powerlifters. No reason to do a whole documentary on one guy.

He his one of the top internationally powerlifters, not just some random guy at a gym. Plus he is an interesting person in general, he doesn't look or act like a stereotypical powerlifter or gym bro.
