A handy and simple variation on the Pheasant Tail Nymph.
This pattern uses the Semperfli Straggle Leg material to give this nymph the impression of legs flailing away as this nymph travels along the river bottom.
As a note I accidentally refer to the material as straggle string near the end this is another great material that can be substituted into this pattern if you are wanting to give it some more flash. I generally prefer the black straggle legs for this though.

HOOK: Kamsan B175 size 12 and 14

THREAD: Semperfli Brown Spyder Waxed Thread 18/0 - You can also use Nano Silk or classic waxed thread - I go with smaller sizes though as to cut down on the bulk.
