I spent 2 or 3 days camping in Glacier national park back in 92 when I was 13. I didnt have any paranormal or frightening experiences, but I must say it was one of the most amazing and beautiful places I have ever been. I was in fact fairly terrified most of the time I was there just because of the high concentration of Grizzlies. Whether or not that was rational is something else entirely. I wouldn't go screwing around there.

VERY rational to be afraid of grizzlies there. as they have killed and eaten people there . we have no shortage of them any more at all. Not smart to camp there at all, nor even hike, unless you are well armed and with several good hikers/ defenders , and only day hike, if at all.

I can’t think of anything more horrifying than hearing your love one scream over the phone like that, to be helpless as something hurts them and takes their life. One particular story I’ll never forget is of a mother being on the phone with her daughter the entire time she was being attacked and eaten alive by a bear. I’m also reminded of a case in Melbourne Australia of a girl who was on the phone FaceTiming with her sister (which she did whenever she was scared) she had gotten off the tram during the night to walk home when a man suddenly attacked her, raped and murdered her. She screamed and the struggle could be heard even when the phone wasn’t in her hand anymore. It’s very strange that in the case covered in the video that they didn’t hear a single sound after or during the scream. I know you can mute yourself on smartphones and people do it accidentally all the time, but even if that happened, not hearing anything during the scream is still odd, as well as the fact he hadn’t been able to speak properly beforehand. Had he already been attacked, partially knocked out and came to when the phone rang, only for the attacker to continue once they realised? Was it muted accidentally or intentionally? Was the phone checked for fingerprints other than his own? After thinking about it a moment longer, I guess the only other thing is if the scream was truly THAT loud, and if his phone was right up against his face the mic might not have been able to pick up any other noise even if other noises were occurring. Phone mics are actually intentionally designed to pick up as little background noise as possible, also important to note is they’re not designed to cater to a sound as loud as a truly horrified scream it may have prevented other sounds being picked up. I think either somebody attacked him and put or pushed him in the water, or he was so afraid of someone pursuing him he tried to escape them by hiding in the water, perishing due to the temperature shock or alcohol leaving him unable to swim properly. I live in Sydney and years ago a drunk young man stumbled off the pier while walking and fell into the water in front of heaps of people, people jumped in after immediately but no one could find them (it was ocean water in the pitch black) and I guess being really drunk they themselves made no attempt to swim on their own even tho they fell in due to a misstep and did not pass out, he wasn’t found until his body floated back up post-drowning. I mention this as being drunk might help explain how the guy in the canal so easily drowned regardless of how he ended up in there but it in no way explains that scream. That part is truly a mystery.
@EliteFireSaint
@EliteFireSaint 3 жыл бұрын
The canal cases scream something in the water, but i've been around and theres quite alot of strange people lurking in the bushes and off beat tracks near the canal path just sitting silently, drinking, getting high, smoking and watching. You haven't shat bricks till a guy steps out of the bushes in front of you to ask for a light. Never even knew he was there, turns out the foliage grew to cover the entrance to the track and the dude was sat on a step, perfectly concealed. Keep your canal visits to daytime hours.

If Dylan had been drinking/doing drugs/or both at the party it’s entirely possible that the effects of those did not hit him until after he’d left the party and started walking, causing him to perhaps lose his mind and wander off in the completely wrong direction. Alcohol and drugs can hit you hard and fast and would explain the odd behavior. We are missing too much information however to explain the many oddities about this case such as the footprints and socks but chances are there are simple explanations for the things that look very strange, such as the removal of clothing and shoes when a person is out in the freezing cold. Before watching this channel and others that cover similar stories I had no idea that paradoxical undressing was a thing, but now it seems commonplace. Anyway the point is that things can appear so bizarre yet have simple explanations and that is my guess here.

It’s haunting and let’s not forget that w that one there was also no signs of trauma, he was found in water and coroner called it an accidental drowning as well!

I was born and raised in the mountains of Idaho. The kid that was found without pants and shoes: Even if you argue he took his shoes off and didnt go anywhere (which his shoes would just disappeared???), unless he was wearing VERY good boots, walking around in the snow will still jack up your socks. The snow will melt due to your warm feet and your socks turn a grayish color from it if they are white. The socks are the weirdest part just from experiencing this scenario countless times. If they were clean, there is something weird there. I would make the argument he had to be carried up there getting scrapes from being carried. It would be interesting to see if you could gain info from the direction of the scratches on his body. Im not big on the paranormal stuff, but some of these disappearances are just weird. I have spent countless hours in the woods, brush, rocks and mountains and when I take in account my experiences and what I know, it makes these stories that much more difficult to understands. If you have never been in the backwoods, there is context there that is hard to explain in words. Like people being found 3000 feet higher in elevation without boots on. If you jave ever ascended 3000 feet in the mountains, this stat would blow your mind!

Yes I watched one earlier where a young boy 4 yrs pls I think, disappeared and months later hikers saw him clinging to a rock thousands of feet high and IMPOSSIBLE to climb unless your a very experienced climber and have all the gear let alone a 4 year old child. They said once they spotted him something snatched him out of sight so fast it wasn’t humanly.

There is video on You Tube of a news report where a man was on the phone at the moment he disappeared. The call was recorded and in the news report they play it. You can hear the man screaming and begging for his life and then a gust of wind. The wind noise sounds like hurricane force. Anyway, all that has ever been found of the man was his cell phone. In America regarding the Teenager on the road to the service station but found up the mountain, there are many people that live out in the woods that come into town from time to time to get supplies only to disappear again back into the woods. There has been this video online where police found a makeshift cabin of plywood, scavenged parts etc where they were illegally living in the woods so the police left a notice on the door saying that in a few days that they would be back to remove the cabin. When they came back the whole cabin was gone without a trace, no marks as if it had been taken away by car or truck, absolutely no trace of any footprints, nothing. I've heard that these people that live in the woods are very private people & if you were to stray too close to where they are then it would be nothing for them to kill you. Perhaps many disappearances are because people come across other people who live in the woods & these people living in the woods get rid of any witnesses.

Nope, turns out, it washomeless people, men, who use those supplies. Since then, I have been told not to go in any wooded area alone or unarmed.

We all want answers. Since I'm old and lack a lot of experience you might think I have nothing to offer. Well I don't have any special ideas. I believe through freedom of information act a pic or two of an unknown flying disk object was taken in a park maybe Colorado mountains. It makes one wonder just how deep this rabbit hole goes. Since we know that if alone and unprepared you are more likely to disappear. So now it's up to us to protect ourselves by not being an easy target or an accident waiting to happen.

I just had a thought come to me out of nowhere. I wonder if some of these bootless hikers experience a foot burn like I had with a pair of boots years ago. I remember a few years ago in was walking in the snow at night when out of nowhere my feet started burning like they were in acid or something! It was so bad I had to take my boots off right there! I had to call my mom and wake her at like 11pm and begged her to come get me because I wasn't far from her place. I wore the boots again like a week later and after about an hour the same thing happened! I remember hearing about people wearing cheap Chinese gel shoes and getting chemical burns from something left on the shoes from the factory. So I came to the conclusion that maybe the boots had some chemical in there and once my feet started sweating the chemicals could reach my feet and cause the pain and burning! I have no doubt that if this happened to a hiker they would tear their boots off no matter the weather!
