A different tire size than stock will significantly change what the computer calculates for your MPG regardless of gearing. Your speedometer will be off as well. I have 33” tires on my Liberty and at 60 mph indicated my actual speed is 67 mph with a larger difference the faster I go. You will see a slight difference due to the weight of the new tires and gearing but the computer will never give you an accurate mpg reading if it thinks it’s running stock tires. That’s the biggest factor.

I didn’t know there was a computer in a Liberty engine. I just picked up a 2012. Is it a good engine?

@@Earthtime3978 the 3.7 is a reliable motor it's kind of a older gas hog motor but they're tried and true 3.7 is a good motor

@@jeep1987 thanks, it seems to be running smooth especially since I replaced the ignition coil and that was causing it to run rough sometimes Also put a new radiator in
