For an announcement trailer this has certainly generated the right hype for Capcom. Overall I'm enjoying the art direction and what little character design is shown. It looks like Street Fighter VI will actually have a cohesive style unlike V.

I really like Luke's hairstyle this time around, its look more natural while doesn't stray too far from his original design. As for Ryu, he finally have a real canon beard now! Not a beard in some alternate costume... But a real CANON beard!

Its so crazy 2 years have passed since tbis came out, i remember being so hyped now we almost through year one dlc characters and the game is amazing as we all thought it would be

All I can say from this trailer is that Ryu seems to be in his final form... His stance, the energy he emits in the trailer, the man has sandals and they look well suited for battle with! These things all point to a different type of Ryu. He even has a beard now... Ryu has gone through changes. I do hope this translates to his gameplay. I am very keen to see how this develops... I have been patiently waiting for ‘Bearded Ryu’ to be his default look, it would seem that my wait will soon be over.

Ryu is becoming Master Ryu. It seems like we are finally moving past SF3 story wise. Aaaa I can't wait! Please do not rush this one, launch with a good size roster, well made story, arcade mode, good rollback netcode please 🙏🙏 So far, this looks great! The design, the graphics, not so sure about the logo though.

I hope this is just a small example of the visual differences in the returning cast, because we need that in Street Fighter, we need to see real character progression and established characters stepping forward and with this style they can definitely nail that, pretty much a new age of Street Fighter, just abandon the look of SFIV and V entirely in my opinion and put that RE Engine to work.

The new logo makes me feel a more UFC kinda tone with it all. Especially with Luke being a character, and apparently a feature character for 6. Im hoping it's for the better, and this game will be hopefully better and more open than V

A new era is about to begin for the Street Fighter series with Ryu & Luke leading on with that trailer. I genuinely hope Street Fighter 6 takes place after Street Fighter 3 Third Strike, to see more of Gill's ambitious ideals with other new ways to go about the future with neat gameplay n' what not. Hopefully with enough patience and with Capcom underway celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Street Fighter, it would release better than 5 would in 2023. Here's to the next chapter of Street Fighter!

The music makes me think they're bringing back the SFIII hip-hop aesthetic, but with a modern/new age twist, which I am _all_ for.

Now that I see the arcade mode for Ryu, it makes total sense why Ryu & Luke is facing against eachother first in this teaser I know for longtime fans and casual FGC would love to see just Ryu & Ken in every new title but... At this point, it's been far too long that the story has also been move on Ken is a retired champion fighter. What inspired him? Being a cryptocurrency business, didn't go too well, being frame as a arsonist terrorist and go into hiding... In World Tour & Arcade Mode (plus the UDON comic prequel to this game) you can see Ken is NOWHERE going near Ryu journey and only find ways what he was fighting for Find out who and what did this to him is what inspired Ken to do SOMETHING other than having a perfect family (& "Business") which is The EXACT opposite of what Ryu direction is going Ryu is looking for strength, STILL looking for a stronger opponent. A newcomer but also like in Street Fighter 3 Third Strike. This is just the beginning of the new generation And that's why Luke is facing Ryu Went from being a soldier next to Guile to facing against the Master of Street Fighter But Happy Street Fighter 6 launch as I'm writing this in June 15, 2023 Tho the Street culture may never last but ay, at least the Fight of it all still lives on

I've lost count to how many time's I've watched this. Makes me feel like a kid again. Absolutely love the new realistic style, especially in 4K. Ryu isn't just sweating, his ki/chi is coming off his body if you watch it in 4K. Hints of Akiman in there for nostalgia too. Hope we get some fully destructible environments and a few more 3-D elements. Sort of makes me want Battle Arena Toshinden and Tobal reboots too.

I doubt the game will look this good but damn man, just can't but be shocked at how far the game graphics have come in 30 years

Massive yet real. Kinda a perfect look.also having the base skins seemingly be a development and not the same look from the past 7 plus games. Very good signs. And the colour look and simple font. Bits of neon in the grapics. Honestly, really looking forward to the u.i with how it could be styled

I love the details on the veins, pores, sweat, skin, muscles, and scars. Also this is the RE engine, so this might be how the game looks. Anyways hyped for SF6. These character designs kinda look Tekken/Soul Calibur inspired. I also noticed how similar this trailer is to the Tekken 7 Leroy Smith, and Lidia trailer...where they fight in darkness.

This game is going to define the franchise of Street Fighter’s future and other CAPCOM fighting games to come. I hope they learned from their mistakes and bring back what we loved so much about fighting games as a community.

I'm gonna save my money for Ultra Street Fighter 6: Arcade Edition when it releases in 2027 with the finished stages, all 13 characters, and the 78 DLC costumes are free.

Cant wait till the summer update, hopefully we get actual gameplay footage and a release date
