That’s actually an 8.5” windshield. Probably would not Recommend this size with 12” bars. I ended up changing it out to a 4”

The brake line has plenty of slack for 12” bars. Anything more than that, you can reroute or get a brake line extension

Is it doable to do the bushings without taking the fairing all the way off? I am just changing the bars and wanting to do the bushings at the same time.

You could, but it would be a little more difficult. You already have to tilt the fairing forward some, so might as well disconnect a couple of connectors and pull her off

I have the Harley tank cover and fender cover I was just planning on using those, that is until I saw your video. Which by the way, your video is one of the better ones on the internet, thanks for sharing.
