Street Style Tava Paneer Frankie | तवा पनीर फ्रैंकी | Street Food Recipe by Chetna Patel

We had used here below Products :
Kitchenaid measurement Spoon :

Kitchenaid Measurement Cups :

Borosil Glass mixing Bowl :
www.amazon.in/...
Silicon Spatula:
www.amazon.in/...
Panasonic Mixer Grinder :
www.amazon.in/...
Tawa Paneer Frankie :
Ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
Frankie Masala:
- 1tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4tbsp Roasted Jeera Powder
- 1/2tbsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 1/4tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Dough :
3/4 Cup - Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup - Maida
2 tbsp - Oil
Salt to taste
Mix well , and knead the dough like Roti or Chapati and add
1 tsp - Oil
Knead again very well , Put a wet napkin over it and
Keep a side for 10 -15 min for rest
Purée :
2 no - Tomato Bug
1 no - Onion Small
7-8 no - Garlic
2 no - Green Chilli
Grind every thing like Paste
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Butter
Add Purée
1 tbsp - Resham Patta Chilli Paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
Mix Well till water evaporates and oil Separates
1 tsp - Pav Bhaji Masala ( Everest )
Let completely Dry everything
And now add
1/2 Cup + 3 tbsp - Water
And Let boil
1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala
Mix well and add
200 gm - Paneer Cubes
Mix well Softly
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Let Cool Completely
Take a Dough and knead Properly again
Roll the Chapati big size and make it Roti on Tawa , Roast little row only
Keep all roti aside and keep lid over it for softness of roti
Again Take Tawa and add
Oil on Tawa and keep ready 1 Roti on Tawa , roast both the side
Assemble:
Roti
Spread the Green Chutney
Tawa Paneer Masala
Onion Slice
Frankie Masala
Lemon Juice
Coriander leaves Chopped
Bell Pepper Julian ( Green , Red , Yellow)
Roll it and Serve
