Thank you Dean for creating this! I started watching your videos a few days ago and every time I do a new training session I am more and more impressed by the depth and quality of your classes. I do feel new parts of my body and have sensations I have never felt before through my body... your speech is perfectly paced and your instructions are so detailed that I really perceive your step by step guidance on my own muscles... congratulations! Hey Dean I never post or engage social media but, I wanted to say thank you for all this content you post it's a beautiful thing. I am a 42 year old man and have always struggled with working out on a consistent basis. I have the average dad bod and with your help we are going to change that!

These strength training yoga videos are amazing! I had no idea yoga could make you stronger, and after two weeks of doing these videos on my breaks at work, I am noticeably stronger, and my body feels better. Wish I had found this program years ago. Thank You!

So I just went ahead and did two of your classes in a row 😅 bc I’m used to doing 90 minutes in 26&2 and omg! My hips have not felt this amazing in a really long time! Also, great advice on the upper back in the back bend, thank you!

Very good like other videos from this channel, it is now part of my daily routine. It would be even better if the list of positions were in the description. For some positions I cannot feel enough stretch, resistance, so I am probably doing something wrong

We're glad you enjoyed it. We try to walk through the poses organically, instead of list them. But we'll keep that in mind. And if you're not feeling a certain stretch you might need to push it a little farther or adjust. Based on your flexibility and experience some poses will be easier than others.
