This stretching exercise requires no special equipment and can be done at home. Also, it can be used as a daily mobility exercise to help improve flexibility and prevent back pain.

This was insane. I have to admit was I was a little hesitant and thought ahhhh it won’t help. BUT honestly I just did one round of this and my back feels 80% better. I will continue with this. THANK YOU ❤

Hi Doctor, I have been having upper back pain for months. Changed many mattresses, saw three doctors of different specialities and had MRI and X Ray. None of the above worked ! The pain wakes me up exactly after 5 hours of sleeping with excruciating pain. I am moody and tired and thinking that I am slowly dying. Yesterday I tried this back stretch plus the standing one with hands on the wall at shoulder level. It worked !!!! I had a good night sleep!!

I’ve had back issues for a decade now. I have done loads of PT, prescription, acuponcture, electrode, cupping, massage, stretching and more. This solved that pain almost instantly, It’s almost hard to believe to be honest. I am baffled

A lot of this, I can't tell if it's even working and if it does, it doesn't last for long, I'm not sure anymore. I keep doing it just hoping it'll give me release and it does give me release but not always too long. Still, I am grateful for all this help.
