@@bobjones8378 She wasn’t saying life was all about money or anything like that. She was specifically saying if you are going to be sad (which she acknowledges can very well happen when you are rich) it’s still better to experience that with money than without. I’ve had depression and she’s absolutely correct. Hell, getting adequate mental health treatment is a lot easier when you have money than not. Poor people with depression still have to manage to feed themselves even while depressed and are much more likely to be stigmatized for mental health by society as a whole than one with money. She admittedly has mental illness and she gets treatment thanks to cold hard cash.

The evil* of most therapy. Watch as this girl and many others have their lives ruined by "professionals" who validate "sex work". There is no good or happy ending to this practice, only a thousand gateways to worser things. It's disgusting to me how people see this delusion as genuine happiness. She's admitted to herself and you fools that she has to DISASSOCIATE in order to do her "job". What she really needs is people who actually care about her to set her up with a career or a man who will care for her and respect her. Instead all she's been fed from losers and "therapists" is that she's smart and that sex work is actual work and totally doesn't corrupt the soul of a person and limit their opportunities to have a sustainable life in the future with a spouse who can love them fully.
@cruiser6260
@cruiser6260 10 ай бұрын
@@mrspooks311 psychologist here, I had a patient the loveliest, nicest, genuinely beautiful young girl who would occasionally 'hook up' and I thought that was bad enough and something she shouldn't be doing. One day she told me she needed money in a hurry for something frivolous and unnecessary and would be working brothel. I was dead against it for those same reasons. She didn't listen and was quite ok with it for the few times I saw her after that. How that ended up, who knows. But of course the woman in this vid would find a 'better fit' if she heard that attitude from me. Your own suggestion to at this point find a man to settle down with is the ultimate way of validating the sex work though. That's denying the biggest reason not to do it, that no self respecting man who isn't desperate for any woman he could get, wants to marry a prostitute unless he has even bigger problems himself.

Many people sadly crumble under similar situations that you have been through but you have more than kept your head above water. To put yourself through rehab which I know takes extraordinary strength and self will is just great. Self therapy is also a sign of strength and you radiate a positivity. That is no small feat. Always have “you’re own self interests at heart”. We really do live in a world that sadly love to see others fall. She reminds me of so many of my patients as a therapist. I’d be so proud and happy for her. You can tell she really puts the work in to keep her mind as healthy as possible despite so many handicaps placed on her before she even stepped foot in the race. That’s winning in my book. Life isn’t about “I’ll be happy once I get there”. There is no “there”. There’s only here and now. It’s okay to be sad. It’s okay to feel hurt. It’s okay to be happy. It’s okay to have bad days and good days. The thing that I see this bright young woman has going for her is she embraces all of it, acknowledges all of it and addresses all of it and has a plan in place for all of it. She did that for herself. Like she said, no one does it for you. If you’re feeling stuck, start making a plan for one aspect of your life. Put it into practice until it’s habit then build on that. And learn. Learn all you can. Try different approaches to things. Find what works for you and what doesn’t. A good therapist will help you figure out those things and give you feedback and challenge your thoughts but you are the one who has to chose which thing you apply to your life. And if something out of your control completely changes your reality, you already have the tools to rebuild around your new reality.

Just because they didn't physically assault you, doesn't mean it wasn't abuse. Neglect is really a severe version of abuse towards children. It's hard growing up in an addict home... having to grow up way before our time and be the parent in the home. I'm so sorry you went through that. I can relate and know how hard it can be even as an adult to navigate life.

That's exactly why when I was in active addiction I stayed away from pretty much everyone.. sex didn't even matter to me because the opiate high felt better, and I was always craving it the next day. I feel bad for anyone who has to live through that as a child.

@@jen-ms4xo Good person! I was involved in stripper world some years back. Dated many strippers! Never gave them more then $150-200, or 80 or $100 for drugs and would spend nite 2gether. Many were addicts and that's where most of their money went. Will say every single 1 of them I hooked up with were nice, fun, even though some were a mess because of drugs. 9 years later some completely changed their life for the better but some went seriously down hill.

"Nobody's gonna figure yourself out for you, but you". Jade has a lot of wisdom, esp for her age. And self awareness too, which is partly where wisdom comes from. I totally enjoyed her energy and I think she's one of, the seemingly few, who has taken her early trauma and is using that to better herself and fortify a spiritual approach to life and understanding oneself. Staying away from drugs, continual therapy and knowing how to manage bipolar, etc is a key to her success and positivity AND so rare in the overwhelming chaos and trauma of this upside down world. How many people use their sex work money to invest in rehab, therapy and having financial security instead of clothes, jewelry, nails, drugs, and all the other shallow consumptions? Jade is rare! Best wishes to her! ❤️💕💞

This is my favorite interview yet. She is so likeable -- I'd be her friend if I knew her. She has a lot of sweetness, even if she also talks about her life as a business. You could hear it in her voice when she said some of the guys just need someone to listen to them or that she helps her parents even if they suck.. It is wonderful she's in therapy and seeing the value in working with herself. She obviously has to disconnect from herself some to do what she does at times, but so many of us do, no matter what our careers. I hope she keeps on her path of evolvement and finds more and more joy as she knows and loves even more of herself. I love that she has a butterfly over her throat chakra. Maybe it signifies continuing to evolve in speaking her truth

About not knowing it wasn't normal until getting older and realizing you don't know how to do basic things that other kids know how to do. I still harbor a lot of resentment like I'm sure she does.
