Stronger ABS (In Seconds) - Inner Core Activation Routine
This is a simple abs and core routine you can perform seated in your chair. It works the inner core muscles in combination with a powerful breathing technique influenced by the Wim Hof Method.

Sure thing! I recommend doing this routine every morning and eventually move up to 15-30 breathes for each set. And if your goal is getting ABS, make sure to focus on your nutrition! Stay strong and train safe

I find the expanded abs breathing the hardest and am not sure if I’m doing it as effectively as I should be. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. 👍

I didn't understand what you meant by breath with "expanded" abs. By "expanded" di you mean contracted for loosened? I normally loosen the abs when breathing in and then contract them when breathing out. How is this different?

Hey I have a question. Is it normal for me to have that one ball joint thing on one wrist but one on the other? I'm asking this cuz I think that that's a problem preventing me from doing a push up perfectly and/or in general, it's been bothering me since I was around 9-ish or 10 and I could never do a perfect one.
