Tessa denies to give up on him.. then everytime something happens in a party.. her seeing him with other girls.. then she decides to leave him but now hardin don't wanna give up.. Tessa wants time from him but eventually after few months they end up together on bed... And finally at the end of each sequel hardin messes up again and they part ways.. But don't worry the cycle will repeat itself again
