Bruce is a great writer and showman. He isn't a monstrous guitarist, but Nils Lofgren and Steve Van Zant are.

So that’s possibly one of the most famous guitars of all time…. Right there 😊

I never knew Bruce Springsteen was such a nice down to earth bloke. I saw him on another video where he told a story about making friends with a kid at a cinema and going back to his house meet the kids mom and they had eggs. The kid went to get his album to show his mom it was really him. I’d only ever seen him on stage before. Such a cool fella.❤

He’s not! He has a severe case of TDS

He is without the most kindest person ever, so down to earth too. Thanks for all the music over the past 50 years 😮 As for being 72 you look better than most 40 year olds. My top tune from you is "im on fire" 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I am from NJ. I lived in Belmar until 1990. I moved south after they closed the bar I was working at for 7 years. Mary's Husband's Pub. I met Bruce a few times. Nice guy. The last time I said hi was in a club on Palm Beach. Clarence used to play there. Bruce showed up one night and played. That was in the late 90s.

@Vivarius_RLPBY18 күн бұрын
@@TheBent139 What do you mean - so you look like Bruce Springsteen now..? No, just kiddin. But you think Bruce is currently under a certain hormone treatment ( which you are also / same therapy )? What would that be, how is it working? Hope you don't mind my asking, I'm just interested. ( Pls don't mind any bad English - I'm no native speaker )
@TheBent13918 күн бұрын
@@Vivarius_RLPBY Testosterone therapy helps with preventing belly fat and muscular degeneration and all sorts of issues with aging. It also certainly helps to have a workout routine. Most men's T levels drop as they age. At least outwardly, the aging process slows for many who use this therapy. I am lucky to have access to this treatment.

WMMR in Philly, Ed Schiake (sp) would invite the new talent Bruce Springsteen into the studio to play early acoustic versions of his new songs. Springsteen really captured the times, the cool, humid magical nights and kids hanging out, romancing with their cars parked.

No disrespect but...maybe it was 1972 ? The reason I say that is Greetings From Astbury Park was released the first week of January 1973 the same day as Aerosmith's debut album. Both on Columbia Records.

I believe the body was originally an Esquire, which has just one pup in the bridge (no neck pup). However, all Teles are routed for neck pups, so adding one is no big deal, which is what Bruce did with this Esquire, making it a Telecaster.
