On this explore we tour a $3,000,000 mini mansion dream home with a 3 car garage left sitting alone with the power still humming!! This house is beautiful, still in great condition and has some very cool stuff left sprinkled throughout the house! This house is abandoned due to a developer who bought the land in this beautiful country area and the house has no vandalism!!

What a nice big house. I see no reason for it to be torn down except for one’s disgusting greed. Some minor updating and that place could have been someone’s palace. It’s sad and I’ll never understand why? The second living space could have been an in-law suite. The property a nice size too. Thanks Brandon for sharing this fine house.

ThY upstairs bathroom "sludge' just PROVES that even people with money can't erase the problems that the rest of us have too!! MKes me feel that much better!! Then again, they can sell their house for millions and buy a new one, where as most people have to problem solve a solution!! Oh well! This was a really cool explore and I am glad that you shared it. ❤

beautiful house, once you showed the out side you could see that there could be two separate places there, different looking fronts for sure, surprised that the basement was not fully done,

Two full kitchens suggests a kosher house. Could also be designed for large, two generation family. An expensive property but not over designed or pretentious at all, which is nice.

Oh my days what a beautiful mansion don't know why it's abandon who s paying the bills I would love to own that big time nice floors and that's wierd why have 2 separate kitchens I would knock it into one big one have a light kitchen not the oak it's to dark and have a dish washer in there and all the mod cons in it the cilling light are nice and all the flooring as well the bedrooms are great sizes but the bath rooms need some up grading the base ment is massive but a bit slinky u say the gardens needs a good weeding wonder if if going to get demolished how sad if it is thank u Brandon great find u always have great ones 😅

Well water ....heavy Iron in water which is treatable. Being abandoned the water hasnt been treated in A While😮. Grew up with "hard" water😊

A beautiful house, very well built with poured foundations, the fireplace sure seems way outta place though, maybe it was transplanted from a much older home. 🤪 At only about 40 years old and showing very little wear, another nice one bites the dust! Thanks for the tour Brandon! Stayin tuned! 🤠👍

I didn't see a video of the second basement from the garage you said you were going to go out in the garage and see where those stairs lead but then you never showed it. I'm wondering why?

Crap I did forget to put it in, I'm sorry! It just led to the door in the basement that had the alarm code box and I said it went outside because of the window, that door opened up to the stairs in the garage. So you got to see the entire basement 😁

Brandon your didn't show it but i bet The Stair case from the Garage went down to that door in the basement which you didn't open with the alarm panel on it it makes sense as the door looked internal with no lock on it. But thats one obvious two houses into one like a Duplex that shares the same common wall. This is as apposed to the Mansions like the one with Donatello doll which are modfied and subdivided there after. this is good find
