You can see how Petro was dealing with a broken left hand. Broke it end of round 2, and then all of round 3 he only threw right hands. Dude was fighting crippled at that point. Nothing unfair about it though. The fighter chooses whether to proceed injured or not. He's my favourite fighter of all time, but he chose to risk entering the third round with his power hand disabled.

He was already hurt by the right hand at 3:26, too bad they did not show that in the replay! Then the 2 lefts finished it.

Legendary fight. Still petrosyan is the goat of kickboxing and is better.

Right hand off the kick fake just before the stance switch uppercuts is what does for Giorgio, I think. He wasn't expecting the natural leverage and power that Andy can generate in that particular shot. The Doctor quite simply received a taste of his own medicine. To my eyes there is no controversy or laying down, Petrosyan has no idea where he is as he just had his clock cleaned.

Came back and beat RVR with the same shot in the finals. The greatest day anyone has ever had in a Glory ring.

Agreed. Greatest day ever followed by a brief career of mixed success. Ristie has the "GSP Disease" because he's clearly top level talent. But the fighter strangely drops out of the limelight. Lots of reasons why that shyness happens. Few reasons are legit. Do with that what you want.

Greatest fight was when VR defeat him in a rematch,that was a great fight. 5 rounds real fight. In this tournament ristjie took everyone unexpected and won by reason. Van Roosmalen humbled him and was a nice feeling,he is too arogant.

@@Deimian676Buakaw beat the two fighters whom he lost to ( Buakaw beat Sato twice and beat Masato once ) but Petrosyan never avenged his loss to Buakaw, Zambidis, Ristie, Petchmorakot and Superbon.

Ristie looked slow and didn't look like he had any power. That uppercut looked weak.

@@TMTcb813 Yeah I saw it in slow and it turned his head in a diagonal direction. Could be the "button" but I've seen him take much worse shots before. Ristie still looks slow and powerless. It's an odd KO but it does happen.

He barley hit him. Kinda hard to believe the goat would lose to that dumb guy. Almost looked real. Why would he win if he already has won a ton of fights his technique is really good. fake

The final strike glances off but the uppercut before it seems to land spot on. Looks like the Doc might have got tagged on the temple in one of the exchanges just a couple seconds prior to those too.

I might be wrong actually , the uppercut did connect properly but I’m not 100%
