Sessions from 19 days out until 15 days out, really happy with how the week went, and getting pretty excited now..
Planning a 10k TT early next week then will start the taper portion of the prep 👍

Sitting here sipping A Coffee on my day off work & thoroughly enjoyed watching your Video my friend! It Was great to see the multiple days spliced together into 1 upload. Fitness & Conditioning has come together very nicely of late... and your well on track for a Sub2:55! Can't wait to Celebrate with you in 2wks today. The Marathon is a tricky beast, but I thing you can control is your training...& youll arrive READY. Yewwwwwww
