This recipe for matcha ice cream is easy to make at home.
The matcha ice cream is sweetened and smoothed with white chocolate and condensed milk.
Serve with shiratama dumplings and anko (red bean paste) for a matcha parfait that is easy to make at home.

■Matcha green tea ice cream
40 g white chocolate
10 g matcha green tea
50 g milk
120ml fresh cream
30 g sweetened condensed milk
Panna cotta with matcha
8 g matcha green tea
20 g millet sugar
80ml fresh cream
5g gelatine sheet
300ml milk
25g light brown sugar
Shiratama dumplings
50 g shiratama flour
8g light brown sugar
35g water - to be adjusted
Anko (sweet red bean paste)
