Trying to get my head around ICC profiles, how do they work with printing from canva?

I use an epson surecolor f170 which is already a sublimation printer so I don't need to play around with icc profiles. If you're using a converted sublimation printer you can upload your Canva design to another program such as photoshop or affinity and adjust your profiles there.

Make sure your scale is set to 100% on your print settings. Sometimes when you go to print your printer settings will automation adjust the scale of your image.

Are you using a Mac? Did you download the drivers?

@stephsm3732 The printer I’m using is a true sublimation printer and it sounds like you’re using a converted printer and that’s why the options are different. If you need help with your settings maybe check out another KZfaqr who has a converted printer.
