Great watch I own a few San Martin watches but my best is the San Martin 3D Brown Waffle Dial Snowflake 40mm, it’s a thing of beauty and for the price it’s unbelievable in my hands and eyes.

Top review. They used to supply this watch with screw pins but cost a lot more. They have reduced this watch even further and the only cut back was a move to push pins. I think that's a fair deal. It's even now compatible with their new glide lock clasp. Nice upgrade that!

A few things about this watch (I own the Kermit clone and paid $138 USD). Great value but does not keep accurate time unless you wear it daily. My Tudor BB58 for example, keeps perfect time and only use watch winder. You can't do that with a watch like this. Also, hard to read the date because of the AR coating. Lume is a nice blue color but Just ok in my opinion but hard to beat for under $140 bucks.

This is a very nice watch and San Martin makes great watches but in my opinion Cronos makes the very best Submariner homage.

Thank you for your review. I brought this particular watch recently from the San Martin sight. SM put this one on their cheapest bracelet with pin & collar links which are very difficult to remove. There are sharp corner on both the bracelet and the case. I’ve gotten better from SM. You should mention this. They sell a better model of this same watch. This is why this watch is some much cheaper. However at this price, it’s still a keeper. Just expect to do the fine case and bracelet finish work yourself.

Good review as always 👍. The submariner design doesn't appeal to me at all, obviously 99% of people love it, but I hate the flat case with crown guards, cyclops, mercedes hands, and all that writing on the dial (though SM wisely didn't copy that), sorry for the rant.

I honestly didn’t know what a nice watch was until I handled a San Martin. It made my SEIKO look like a kids toy and it was almost half the price just crazy.

Agreed, the finish is just so silky smooth and the bracelet it’s just so nice. I’m excited to see all the new color ones they have coming up a grapefruit watermelon avocado and grape I believe.

Absolutely and makes one wonder…the price of other manufacturers charging 3 times as much for less quality.
