Sugar free baked coconut oatmeal. Easy healthy breakfast recipes!
Ingredients :
1 ripe banana (120g).
2 tbsp almond butter.
2 tbsp yogurt.
125ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk.
100g (1 cup) oatmeal.
1/2 tsp baking powder .
Bake 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes .
Cool down.
250g (1 cup) yogurt.
2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
