Why not killer frost? They should either just cancel it outright and give the people working on it the rest they require, or put it back in the oven, and comeback in 6 months fully firing. Game seems to have no soul, that's a direct criticism to those working on it because as a player how they are treating the gameplay (which was the best part getting more muddled) and these skins coming out look like my day of projects from college. Not like any of the devs have done an interview saying they are trying , and they want it to be great.

There is a Mrs. Freeze in the comics, but she does NOT look like this. In the comics, she has long blonde hair, she is skinny, has a very feminine outfit that looks good. In other words, the COMPLETE opposite of whatever this is for the game. In the comics during a special story arc, Mrs. Freeze is Nora Freeze (Victor's wife) who woke up from her cryogenic slumber (yeah, they FINALLY got her out of there) and she's A LOT more evil than he is. She gets a very feminine looking super villain freeze outfit that looks awesome on her (the complete opposite of what they are doing for this game). For this game, this is suppose to be an alternate Earth version of Victor. Really horrible character design for this game. I was hoping they would use the far superior character design and awesome story from the comics, but that's not happening.

Task force x, known for being a collection of batman rogues... wait. No, it isn't Captain cold and killer frost (frost being a consistent member of the team) are more known for being part of the task force x team instead of Freeze. The focus on batman villains just makes the world feel small. Instead of expanding the arkham verse they just used the multiverse to give (unwanted) variants of characters we've already seen. They could use Cheetah, a green lantern villain, or some other non batman villain. The story: Brainiac clones the justice league, brainwash the clones, then send the clones. The squad beats the clones which leads brainiac to pull a Parasite and absorb the leagues powers. Then the squad recruits the cheetah, captain cold, and other non batman rogues (dc is a big world with plenty of characters outside of gotham) and each season you get a new recruit to help fight brainiac for whatever hero powers he absorbed. Then the final season the squad finally frees the league. Notice, I didn't need the multiverse for this story to work. Then the grunt cannon fodder enemies brainaic sends could be drones and more powerful enemies could've been amalgamated clones of the league that don't have their full power sets.

So they already had work done on the first four seasons and the main rocksteady team has abandoned suicide squad and left a small team to work on the game if I am correct. So we’re getting four seasons but it seems that might be it. A lot of leakers are not confident that a season 5 is even coming. So rocksteady did actually abandon this game and left it to die.

Mrs. Freeze is the last thing anyone wants, their are DOZENS of amazing female character that couldve been used... but MR. FREEZE is so iconic.. and to not give us MR. FREEZE playable first, then give us some cringe spinoff vesrion, is just mind boggling to me. This is FORCED. Mr. Freeze should be playable before a brand new rendition is introduced, it's just absurd. She could be cool (no pun intended), but not before you give us Victor. You're out of your mind. Mr. Freeze should be playable first. This just shows how much they care about the source material, and it's sad.

Earth 11, the gender swapped earth in the dc multiverse. It isn't that strange. That said, what about captain cold? This is the 3rd playable batman related villain in a game set in metropolis... you know, the city known for being where superman and his enemies are based. Not going outside of the batman rogue gallery is strange for the new character additions.

I agree on the Mr. Freeze should be coming first, or they could have just added them both with some cool story arc. Business model is the same as Disney unfortunately.

@@Razgrath it's short hair. Not really practical to have long hair in a helmet like the one this fem freeze has. Mr freeze is usually depicted with short hair or bald anyway. Fem freeze having short hair is the least important problem. A bigger problem is how the only new characters are both batman rogues.

Sweet baby Inc influence is evident, you can compare it to Arkham previous games, there was no such problem back then. But I wont complain, I just wont support it with my money. I respect opinion from everyone, if majority of people like this then they will show it with playercount and money spending.

@@Razgrath it's probably just earth 11. Narratively, they didn't have to have to touch the multiverse... at all. Clones are a thing in dc continuity. They could have clone justice leaguers as enemies, brainiac drones as cannon fodder, and expand the arkham verse by having the villains from other heroes that have a history in the team in the comics. Like cheetah, captain cold, or bloodsport. Repeating batman rogues with the multiverse just makes the world feel small.

They really missed an opportunity here to bring in characters that haven't been in a lot of video games, Captain Cold would have been a great choice since he's a well known character thanks to the Arrowverse shows or Killer Frost since she has a interesting history and could have been a great addition instead they're adding another version of a Batman villain. I am aware that both of these characters have been in some recent video games but some more appearances wouldn't be a bad thing.

I don't even play this game and even I feel bad for the people who do. Like imagine they did Killer Frost and she could have a traversal ability akin to Frozone or Iceman. We literally see Killer Frost do a sort of Ice Slide in CW Flash and it was badass. It would have been a nice callback to that and a really cool new way of traversing throughout levels.

I’m at least still excited to try her gameplay because there is some really cool potential with her traversal and I’ve enjoyed every characters gameplay so far, I’m also interested in trying some of the new guns but other than that I don’t really know how to feel because I still would have preferred killer frost or just Mr. Freeze himself but I’m staying optimistic until it releases
