Equestrian fox hunting in Ireland is a very popular sport which runs from November to March. It's a test of skill and stamina on both horse and rider. It takes you over natural cross country jumps and open country side at speed an not knowing what's ahead is all part of it. A few thrills and spills along the way are all part of the days fun.
This hunt is run by The Suir Vale Harries Hunt and was filmed by @Brian S

Matter of training. Look at the way the Hunt Master and Whips take the ditch as if not there.

Great job to the rider on the smaller white pony at the large ditch. You gave the horse his head so he could go forward!

@@yuh1198I ride out with my local hunt, and unfortunately some horses including my horse do need the whip, just like this horse needed the whip.
