一度は見てほしいってコメントがあって、見たらマジで泣いた‥‥いまだ喪失感とか悲しみとかの感情が消えない

自分だけかもだけどすかすかはほんと泣いてしまうアニメで、本人たちから見たら幸せで、周りから見たら不幸な話なせいか見ると心が締め付けられるような痛さがあるから頻繁には見ないんだよな....

作画、ストーリー、音楽、演出、どれをとってもこんなに高水準で完成された作品はなかなか無いと思う。 だからこそタイトルで敬遠してしまっている人には是非とも見て欲しい。 終わりが直ぐそこに迫っている少女達が人生の1分1秒を懸命に生きているその生き方に、感動という言葉だけではまとめられない感情を抱くこと間違いなしの作品です。

"Scarborough Fair" is a traditional English folk song from the Middle Ages, referring to an old fair in Scarborough, Yorkshire. As a market fair, comprising of traders, merchants and other vendors, it started sometime in the 14th century and used to take place until the 18th century. Song was originally meant to be sang by two vocals in men and female. The original lyrics goes like this: “Tell her to make me a cambric shirt, Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Without no seams nor needle work, then she'll be a true love of mine.” Sang by the man. In reply to the unreasonable request, she sings: “Tell him to find me an acre of land, Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. Between the salt water and the sea strands, then he'll be a true love of mine. “ Obviously seems like the story of “how I meet my soulmate of how we know each other at Scarborough fair but sadly a war split us apart.” Kind of romance.

このアニメ見てから半年近く経つけど3日に１日は寝る前にすかすかの曲聴いて寝てる。 なんか落ち着く

I remember back then when my heart constantly in pain for more than 1 week after watching sukasuka. It's been 4 years and that feeling is still here whenever I remember about her, this video just bring back those memories

I still think that this is one of the best anime that I've ever watch the story is great, animations is decent and the songs are realy great to listen in fact I have 2 of the songs that was used in the anime itself I was really hoping a second season

i was really blown away by that first episode when they started playing that beautiful Scarborough fair cover. Very very few anime manage to properly capture the feeling of medieval england that fantasy is based on, it's such a shame.
