I am a hairdresser and for the girls hair use Paul Mitchel taming spray it is the best. I use it for my daughter hair she has very thick curly hair so it will work on you daughters hair

I’m a licensed cosmetologist of almost a decade of experience. I’ve had many moms and dads bring their long haired daughters into my shop with matted hair! My first question is “did they go to bed with their hair wet and was it combed after washing?”. There’s a lot of reason behind the question. What happens is, while they’re sleeping, their hair is drying, they might be tossing and turning, and the hair is shedding all at the same time. The hair starts to dry with all of that shedding hair, it tangles up while they move around in their sleep, therefore you have lots of tangles. It’s easier for that shedding hair to escape when dry. I think what you’re doing is great. As long as their hair dries great overnight and you plan to take it out to brush in the morning 😊

Hi, Jennifer! Routine is so important for children. The more consistency they have in their lives, the more secure they feel. The added benefit is that morning and evenings usually go well once a routine is firmly in place. Thanks for the video!!

I never went to bed before the sun went down as child, so I never felt that pain of the sun still being out when I'm supposed to be going to bed. But I was also ADHD and we didn't know until I was way older but I was also Autistic. but I was just a fireball of energy. But every parent needs to find what works best for their family and their children. My mother never complained about me being up later because then she always got her time with me, since she didn't get home until later.

My kids are all grown with young families of their own but I still love watching your videos. You have the neatest ideas and I pass it on to my kids for their families. The magnetic meal board was a great idea! The colors gave me a good idea to use the colors as different categories. So one color may be tried and true recipes, one color might be new ideas/recipes, and one might be other ideas from the family.

Just saying this because I care for the girls... if you braid them when the hair is wet, it gives even more tangles and dandruff. Trust me, I am not lying. I used to do this earlier and it cost me. My hair had to be chopped off. I wanted to say, you are a FANTASTIC mom, loving, kind and caring and I absolutely love your channel and adore you and your kids. Loads of love from U.A.E

Love the make Ur own pizza meal idea. In the summer it doesn’t matter if the show goes on as long as it’s not too long. I hate brushing out the tangle. Never found a light leave in conditioner but use detangling spray. I clean my teeth for 3 mins.

Lily's pizza is exactly the kind I used to make at Pizza Hut when I was little! Pineapple and black olives are the best pizza toppings and I still prefer my pizza that way ~18 years later!

hey, I recommend using a comb after washing the girls’ hair to comb all the hair out when it’s wet. their conditioner should make the hair pretty easy to comb through. as it gets more damp, use a brush for less breakage etc. the brush I use is the Seacret Pro Styling Brush, on their website it’s 32.99 (pretty pricey but SO worth it) and this brush does not pull at all and never hurts no matter how tangled the hair is (even dry). I don’t exactly understand how, but it is styled to fit the shape of the head and has soft bristles around the hard bristles. Definitely give it a try!

i have an idea for a snoopy lunch!! main course- rice cake decorated like snoopy and mac and cheese for woodstock (divided) snack- scooby snacks (for his “dog” food) snack #2- use a square cracker and two triangular pieces of cheese to make a kite shape and use fruit (maybe a carrot shaving) for the string (because charlie brown always gets his kite stuck in a tree) dessert- sugar cookie with black chevron line made with black frosting (like the one on his shirt) drink- tropical smoothie!! -pineapple chunks frozen -almond milk -coconut water -frozen banana ~~from jaclyn

Wet brush is my favorite! I have hair down to my backside and its vary thick and has some curls underneath so the wet brush helps so much in making my hair look nice when it dries, my oldest niece who has super curly hair uses it as well with some leave in conditioner to keep frizz away and her beautiful curls curly. I wish i had a brush like this when i was a kid that would have saved so much of “ow that hurts” crying when my mom brushed my hair

Our kids never had kids knifes, always the same as us and we just thought them how to use it. Most save thing is teach them how to use the things that lay around, helps to prevent most trauma. My kids have special teeth brush class in the hospital because the have a chronic condition that also affects there teeth. Did you know that if you do it the right way it takes up to 5 minutes! I always thought about the 2 minutes as well, but it is really at least 5 minutes. Teeth brushing class is by the way really fun! They get a paste on there teeth that turns into different colors, they love it hihi.
