Yes sir I try to be as transparent as possible with you folks! It’s not always sunshine and rainbows doing this and there’s no such thing as a perfect lawn!

Yep Brad, your spots look just like mine except mine is more wide spread. I'm hoping it recovers in the fall. I was really hoping to not have any major lawn projects this year so we'll see what happens. Your lawn still looks like it's kicking ass!

I commend you for the fescue efforts. With how expensive water is here in NC I'm ready to plant some Zoysia lol.. This heat is killin my fescue and I'm watering every other day twice a day.

I've done 4 applications so far of prop and azoxy and I cant meg rid of this brown haze over my lawn some blades have yellow tips with brown spots at this point the growth is stunted n idk if I should keep applying

I commented before watching whole video that's also what my blades look like skinny n dead looking in between tje rest but I did the recommended app so idk I'm on well so i water correctly iam at a loss

Could be disease which it sounds like. Could be several different types of disease unfortunately with KZfaq you can’t post a pic so I wouldn’t be able to tell you what’s going on without seeing it

New to fescue...will it bounce back if it's in a drought and starts to brown out if there is rain?

Typically yes but this unfortunately probably want the double spray killed it

Did the same with some fertilizer even at half the rate and burned a big spot down to the dirt. Super hot here in middle Tennessee

How far into the summer will you fungicide? Until reseeding? I understand you overseed in august.

I run fungicide until the weather isn’t there for it. Here where I am it can be 90s in October but normally I stop in October sometime just all depends on what the weather is I don’t have a schedule it’s all about the weather conditions
