Progress Over Perfection
Focus on your journey and the progress you’ve made, not on being perfect.
Consistency Over Intensity
It’s not about going all out every time; it’s about showing up regularly. Consistent effort will always outweigh sporadic bursts of intensity.
Discipline Over Motivation
Motivation can be fleeting, but discipline will keep you going. Build a routine, stick to it, and you’ll see lasting results.
