Mama better preach. When my mom was 20 I was a few months old as well and with no job, my dad was a broke musician, we lived in a tiny 1 room apartment with old hand me down furniture and a crate for a dinner table... and we complain when the wifi is slow LOL #bethankful #Blessed

Haven't even finished watching the whole video yet, but I thought I'd take the time to tell you that I appreciated the life lesson your mom called you down for. It's stuff like that that makes me want to keep going on through life; going to school and making sure I can get a good career. That $600 a month is a reality for too many people with children, sometimes even more than two or three. I'm blessed that I can work and provide for myself and help my parents out with my sisters. Love your vlogs, Jayla! 💕

your mom is such an inspiration i am a college student working two jobs making a little bit more but its a struggle. Thank God I live with my mom to split rent and expenses , and when your mom said she made that and went to school it touched me although I am highly more blessed and Im able to buy the things i want with hard work but sometimes I work harder then the average person and your mom made me feel like my hard work is not for nothing so i appreciate you putting that in your vid

Your mothers life lesson was very inspiring because I just turn 21 and I have a son that's 10 months and I had to put school on pause because it's VERY hard trying to work and go to school being a single parent but just registering what she said really motivated me to do better, it's going to be hard but the outcome is all worth in the end.
