😆 Like many before you, you will end up paying a higher price. That's why the builders don't put up all the inventory. This way they can raise prices on the future inventory. I'm not sure why so many people like yourselves seem to think, by waiting you'll get a better deal?

Time will tell , consmer debt is showing over 60% are living pay check to paycheck ,I'm sure you see those loan denials are at all time highs, highest since 2008 and Municipality especially in Summerville have more building permits than people can purchase til buyers income increases tremendously or home price have to tank by 25% or more ... its a good time coming for all of us in Real-estate lower commission but a ton of volume from builder that werent offering realtors any a year ago ,hold on and enjoy the ride 💰💰💰​@@RyanMcHughLivinginSummerville
