Moving to SC from Nevada and I toured these last week! Loved the Devin and the Riley but Homecoming has better charm than North Creek. I hated how plain North Creek was but Homecoming was so far from where we wanted to be. I did really like how customizable the floor plans are which is why this builder is number 1 on my list!

Something I noticed is that the hallways are very narrow. How the heck do they fit furniture through there?

A lot of people do not use "Formal Dining Rooms" much anymore. So Builders are making them smaller or turning them into multi-use Flex rooms.

Yes you can! You just need to do a True Be Built home and upgrade to wood flooring.

Hey Tony! The HOA is $600/yr and that includes all common area maintnance, your access to the pool, clubhouse, and club house fireplace.
