I just started watching your you tube channel this week. I think you are very expressive and telling . I like that you included the female perspective, your wife. I like the added suggestions and possibilities for conversion as you keep visiting family in mind as you share your personal visions. The intel with infrastructure and traffic is smart and honest. We live in Alaska so if you are visiting give us a ring. I have a cabin up north too. We are planning to relocate to a retirement home ….not sure where yet since my daughter just bought LENNAR house on Red Bluff in Somerville. Timeline: spouse will retire in January, move time is end of July after the salmon fishing season. So if you see me making comments, you know it’s your Alaska fan from Eagle River.

Moving from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to South Carolina next year. Torn between Summerville and Columbia. Our daughter will be starting at University of South Carolina in August. We’re going to Columbia in June. Maybe we could swing through Summerville and tour some of the homes in our budget. Jay

Thanks Kathy! Yes, unfortunately we were testing a new camera that day, and had multiple stabilization issues. We actually discussed reshooting down the road a bit. :)
