Brandon - "The conventional deadlift primarily uses the hamstring and spinal erectors to complete the movement. Sumo deadlifts on the other hand utilize the quads and hips slightly more. Transitioning between movements can be challenging and simply widening your stance from your normal conventional pattern will not equal a stronger sumo deadlift."

This video did a nice job discussing some potential errors one can make during a sumo deadlift, but it would have been helpful if you'd shown the proper form with a better camera angle and sufficient instruction.

Honestly not helpful, this might as well have been audio only as the differences weren't actuslly shown.
