Being with him and holding him in love rather than being angry and frightened back to him. He was able to let go of all of it. He told me that he loved me. The first I remember him saying those words to me. Such healing.

I do recommend wailing! Lost career in 2016, empty next. Dad dues ( 92) in 2018, then 3 days into lockdown, husband of 40 years dies. Thrust into alone. No funeral, no hugs, no one was thinking about much else but how to teach their kids or toilet paper! You Z got me through, got me to let it go, it happened. Grabbed my drumsticks and put on Alice Coopers show and drove! 100k miles. Each time as I listened to you and Law of attraction I found centering. Each time though, I fell to my knees in the quiet starry skies of Vermont, and wailed! Heaving soul wrenching sobs to the sky. Such a release. Gone wereguilty, the what ifs. It was. That was it! Grief makes no appointment. I'm sorry for your loss as well a so happy for his smooth crossing and the peace you received by his visit when he died.

Dear Z, when my mum died (after 2 weeks on end of life), it just felt like 92yrs of love had been released into the everywhere. Almost a joyous feeling. I think that all we are are transient coalitions of subatomic waves appearing to be a person etc... but really, any appearances are just aspects of this oneness-love. May we enjoy this sad, bad, mad appearances of love 😊

ALL elemental matter was hurled into the void...ever since then, we have been looking for each other to reunite. Yes, we are ALL looking for Love - there as the universe expands we are farther apart. Eventually we start coming together again (string theory). this is how some of us 'find' ourselves, and others. This happens eternally, over and over again. This is 'eternity'. Absolute Zero. All molecular activity stops. Nothing happens. Then, something happens; contraction of matter and return to just before the big bang, again. In between - shit happens. Did your father's Zoroastrian faith enter into his final moments.?

Thanks for reminding me! LOL The Universe has been pulling its force on me too. So wanted an Xtra chrispy chicken breast! Nope. First drive through had no chicken with bones. 2nd, no Xtra chrispy, 3rd the same!! Yes Universe I get it.....I'll drive to that BBQ place that has butterscotch ice cream. Guess what flavor they were out of!! But......there is a Mexican authentic Mexican restaurant just down the street! Universe should approve of that. Universe last night too. Got detained trying to help an alcoholic and didn't get to my planned spot. Had to change plans and was pissed.......but, the change afforded the opportunity to see Tony Triska( best banjoist in the world) at a new unbelievably gorgeous venue just an hour away!! No more Boston trips to fight for parking and pay 3 times more for concerts. Just love how, when you just toss shit to the wind and go with the flow, what the Universe will tickle your fancy with. Even if you are pissed at the moment, wait.....the result may just give you something better.
