Good evening, I hope you're well. Excellent video and thanks for sharing! Please, I have a problem, I recently bought this type of printer but when I try to make it work, an error message appears "BLtouch line error please check Please reset" not forgetting that the bltouch can't even move along the Z axis, it's like it's stuck. I don't know how to fix this, can you give me some pointers? Have a great day!

I use the drying box with petg, I dry it over night and after use I store it in vacuum bags until next time.

I'm sick of seeing i3 printers but that does look very well designed but even an enclosure you put down over it with a front door would be cool. Just plastic and acrylic would be enough. A few tweaks would make that a solid printer if the price is right

I got one of these off of Amazon in the big Black Friday sale for a good price but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The power box on the inside of machine at the back is not lined up properly and was unreadable on my unit. They basically put the four holes on the bottom in the back under where the switch is located in the wrong spot and so I had to remove them along with the little cover on top in the back right side of the unit. This let me sift the internal guts around so I could actually see what the power was on and properly set the switch to 110. They didn't feel like putting the 220v in an unblurred and unreadable form. The SD card adaptor was buggered and takes ten minutes or so of finagling to get the computer to recognize it. The card itself was improperly formatted and many of the files are missing or unreadable. Linux found more files but alas they were not windows files. Sunlu hides behind a language barrier, has staff so inept at reading the emails it makes the US Congress look competent or most likely the crappiest A.I. answering the emails. They offered to charge me more money to get a working card and adaptor. FYI, the new adaptor and all the SD cards I just ordered from Amazon work properly, with no problems it is only what they provided with a printer that had a $459 USD price tag when new. They did eventually send a link along with their threat of charging me more money to replace faulty items with the "latest" install of the Cura slicer from their website. After installing the so called latest install it only required three new installs of Cura on top of that to get back to the latest version of the installation albeit with a printer profile.

Just purchased this for $207 at Amazon on Black Friday Deal. This will be my 2nd 3d printer. I also have the Neptune 4 Pro which is amazing. I needed a larger size bed for printing full-size cosplay stuff. Hopefully, this works out well.

26:10 for those wondering, the bottom twist knob in order to untighten it you have to slide (twist technically) from left to right. Then for the top twist knob, to make the platform go down, slide it from left to right to lower it. Then to raise it, slide the knob from right to right to left. Felt like this wasn't explained in the video clearly.

@@lolrobin Hi Robin. You're right! That did show the firmware version number. What I was really looking for though is the type of firmware it uses, as in is it Marlin, Klipper, Chitu, RepRap, Repetier, and so on. I saw elsewhere it supposedly uses the Marlin flavour, and I was hoping that could be confirmed here. All the same, thanks Robin for taking the time to reply with the above information. Appreciated!

DO NOT BUT THIS PRINTER!!!! mine came today missing so many parts. And now I have an up hill battle with China to get the replacements.

Were the missing parts screws, nuts and linkages for the stabilizing rods? Contrary to what the manual indicates, those parts may actually be already mounted on the printer base, and so are only 'missing' from the parts bag.

@@peterwee9520 it was literally every numbered package 1-5 that did not come. I had to go to the hardware store to do complete the printer. I’ve been printing for years. It took them about three weeks to get me the actual nuts and bolts that were supposed to originally have come with the printer. Their customer service is one of the most arrogant customer services I’ve ever dealt with.

Your flow is way too high. So the gears will never work with that flow. Not the fault of the printer.
