I love that it took you 7 hours to read a book because that's more my pace and I'm so confused when people do 24 hr readathons and finish books in 2 hours or less

The reason I enjoyed When In Rome so much is that I literally didn’t have to think. I sat there watching Gilmore girls and reading this. It was just a good short book to get me out of my slump

I wasn't really interested in reading When in Rome but I ended up reading its sequel, Practice Makes Perfect, and omgg I was OBSESSED like something about the dynamic the main characters had was PHENOMENAL

I'll be completely honest lol, I don't know how much you'd like it because it kinda clashes with your personal tastes in areas BUT TRY IT!!!! the chemistry between the two leads was awesome but if you try it and it's not working for you, there's always the option of dnf-ing of course haha

The empire of sand magic system is unlike anything I’ve read before so it takes a while to get into but if you do pick it back up in the future, it’ll be worth it imo. It’s one of my fav fantasy romance books and the rest of Tasha Suri’s books are phenomenal!! But if you don’t like, you didn’t hear that from me lol

I think you're plan was too strict(?). It was only like 7pm when you hit the 12 hour mark on the first day, I think (because it was early and you were near the end of your book) you coulda just continued on a few more hours on day one. 15:53 😅
