@A A ok, first: Kansas City is TWO SEPARATE cities. One is in Kansas, true, and way smaller than the other one (coming up in my next point). But the other one is in Missouri. Second, the Chiefs are based in and play in Missouri. So to congratulate the state of Kansas for a team that literally doesn't even play there in any form or fashion is, yes, a huge error. He and his supporters couldn't and still can't just take the L and move on

Arrowhead Stadium (where the Chiefs play) is next to the Royals Baseball (Kauffman) Stadium. The area for both stadiums is called the “Harry S. Truman Sports Complex” and is located just outside Independence, MO, visible from Interstate 70. Naming the sports complex after the 33rd President of the United States, from Independence, Missouri, should be the first clue. If the Chiefs were from the state of Kansas, they probably would have named the complex after Dwight David “Ike” Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States from Abilene, Kansas. One day, New York State should name a mental institution for the criminally insane after the 45th President.
