Me and my family are from Mexico 🇲🇽 and live in the frontier with USA 🇺🇸. My Grandad (The father of my dad) is an ingenier and in the 80s, he go to much to a lot of city's of US for work. My Grandad go to that superbowl in Superdome and he told me that day the 75% of the stadium was Green. He says the Eagles was the favorite team to win the super bowl and the raiders gonna lose. Nobody believes in the Raiders and Okland win that day with a awesome performance of Plunkett.

My middle school coach was Dennis Harrison who played de for the eagles and started in this game he was an amazing coach and player

1st superbowl I watched with mom on our black and white tv. We didnt get a color tv till 1983. Then the Raiders won the next year.

Herman Edwards played in that game for the Eagles. It was the first Super Bowl he ever witnessed. Growing up he vowed never to watch one until he was involved in one

this was a good eagles team that did not play well, and oakland did. making them the first wild card to win it all. cliff branch should be in the hall of fame and lester hayes is a maybe. ron jaworski was a tough q.b. the guy took many a hard sack but played every week. predictions for 2016; eagles>6-10. raiders>9-7. maybe 10-6. trivia question: how tall was Howard Carmichael?

they won in '83 and were dominant in the mid 80's and relevant in the later years. In the decade alone they were a powerhouse 2x superbowls in 4 years is very good seeing that the 49ers won 4.

We should've won this one the raiders were being carried by their D the whole game. Jim Plunkett was such a terrible QB for the Pats and he was not too good for the raiders. Also what is it with Eagles QB's throwing INTs in the Super Bowl, Donovan McNabb and Ron Jaworski both threw three picks. Nick Foles threw one too but it really wasn't his fault cause Alshon Jeffery just tossed it up in the air
