Very nice! As an additional bit of advice for people wanting to do this: If you don't think the cut sides of your bread cubes (as opposed to the crust sides) are colorful enough, brush just a little bit of melted butter onto the cut sides of the cube before baking. The oil will soak in and make the sides much more evenly golden, plus you get the added seasoning of butter fat.

Hi from Italy! Thanks for the recipes and the humor, both soooo fun and much needed! As Italian (and passionate home cook), I would like you to try using dried oregano instead of parsley, next time you create some pizza's variation: this is what we usually use when we cook a home pizza and it gives the tomato a very unique taste. Another version to enhance the tomato sauce (in general) is using some fresh basil leaves (with or without garlic); this is another experiment you could try, it's super delicious!

A thought: garlic butter wash on bread before putting it in the oven 🥺✨
