Hi, I have tested my solenoid and I think its good... I have all the symptoms of your video. Gauge looks exactly the same with code 12, engine light flashes when pushing start button but just clicks. I will say I did do something and fried something I think due to my negligence. I bought a new battery with too high of a CCA and put it in and started it and the bike didn't like it and fried something, I am not sure if I fried my starter or if its still good but after that battery incident I now have code 12. I did fry 1 fuse which I replaced it was the 7.5A one in the fuse box. Can this code 12 be due to a bad starter or is it only related to this solenoid?

Hi, I have a Yamaha FZ6 that has the same error and an additional symptom: while riding the battery randomly disconnects and I just have to lift up the fuel tank to reach it and slightly press on the starter relay and the battery is reconnected. I replaced the relay, the bike started 2-3 times and the next morning it does not start again, code 12 again… Do you think the issue can be the plug that is inserted in the starter relay?
