The wave of Nostalgia that hit me when they transitioned into Mario Galaxy almost made me cry. This was dope!

You can really see from Geoff's face that he enjoyed that. How strong of him to be able to hold back his tears. I was alone in my room so I cried so hard. There was no way I could handle too much amounts of nostalgia. I tried playing Super Mario Bros. earlier and Super Mario Odyssey afterwards,and wow,that really hit me hard and showed me how Super Mario has evolved through the years,making the childhood of every kid from every generation special and fun,including mine and probably yours too. My fav moment of TGA 2020. Feels good to be a Mario fan. Super Mario will always be one of the few things from my childhood that I will never leave behind even if I grow old. I will do my best to pass the torch to my kids and grandkids. Thank you Super Mario for being an integral part of my childhood. Thanks Nintendo. ♥️

This actually made me tear up! that was so beautiful! This franchise means a lot to me (Galaxy and odyssey are my favourite games ever made) so hearing these classics orchestrated was so emotional.

This is the most beautiful arrangement of songs I've ever heard. I had chills while watching it.

Lorne Balfe created the music of my childhood with the skylanders series, and now he’s conducting a melody of the best Mario games. Easily one of the highlights of this awards show.

I don’t think much of sunshine’s OST fits an orchestral theme like 64, Galaxy and Odyssey if one had to be left out it makes sense it’s sunshine

The London Philharmonic Orchestra was such a gift to the awards

When I first saw this, I immediately had an imaginative thought. (Super Mario Odyssey: Fossil Falls) As the scene transitions from the galaxy to Fossil Falls, the camera flies over the land. A loud humming is heard as a huge plane comes into view, flying majestically over the bony falls.

I cried so much during the Mario 64 theme, brings me back to when i was four and grew up playing it with my dad. Mario rasied us all as children

Seeing people brought together by a video game feels so surreal and warm, almost as if everyone in this feels as close to Mario as I do. Nintendo feels like a big family, and hearing this huge project left me starstruck. Well played Nintendo, well played.

When I was listening to the whole entire song I remembered all the advantage I had playing these games from the original all the way to I don't remember all of the games are really good and remembering all these it's just amazing I only just wish I watched it you know in 2020 because that was near the end of the year and it lets me remember all the good times I had with Mario in 2020 I played 3D All Stars so good

and they finally corrected the movie from 1993. I am once again 9 years old waiting for the real thing

I've waited YEARS for am orchestral version of the OG Super Mario theme that captured the joy and bounciness of the chiptune original. I could have gone a full three minutes of just that, but that would be ignoring the great work on all the other tracks in the medley. The drummer looked like she was having a great time, and so she should - she nailed it!

Mario Galaxy is Hands Down my favorite game ever, and hearing Gusty Garden Galaxy love was amazing!

I felt so nostalgic listening to this that it made me remember being a young lad sitting down with Mario 64 on the N64, enthralled by the opportunity to explore the mystery of Peach's castle, and wondering how Nintendo recently convinced the courts to garnish 30% of the yearly wages of Gary Bowser (brother of Doug Bowser?) for the rest of his life after he'd served 40 months in prison, because he made 300 grand from jail breaking and selling switch consoles. Indeed, I've been so inspired by that plucky little italian plumber that I often tell myself that if I strive to collect "120 stars" in the real world, then I will be able to afford 120 more exclusively nintendo developed games and continue to play each and every one of them until the day I die. Mario 64 is a game that I hope to one day share with my kids. Many thanks Nintendo, if you're reading this.

No Sunshine or 3D World. They also missed out on making the ending the jungle when you reach a flag pole. 7/10 still pretty good though.
