I've been binging this guy's videos for weeks now, and I'm obsessed. As a History Major, old things are kind of my jam, and watching them get restored to their former glory makes it all the more interesting. The commentary just makes it all the more exciting! If the edge was sharp on both sides then it was probably for cutting linoleum. My father had a similar one 50 years ago with a leather handle.
