This is why idols shouldn’t be put on pedestals. No one is one dimensional and people who are complaining about this side of lisa need to understand that. Lisa has always been viewed as cutesy and child like. But this shows people that it wasn’t simply that bubbly side that got her to where she is. She was strong and had a strong mindset and work ethic. Her explanation after everything she did and told the trainees makes a lot of sense. She is trying to instill skills and tricks in them that will help them go far. I feel like a lot of her personality is suppressed, so I’m so thankful to this show.

I love Lisa like this tbh. Max of the kpop artists specially female kpop artists are taught a lot of cutesy stuff & aegyo to attract the audience & viewers. but I love it how Lisa isn't trying to be all cute & lovely. she's not afraid of loosing fans or anything for not acting all cute & dreamy. she's being exactly how a mentor or teacher should be. if a teacher is not strict & doesn't point out everything clearly students will never ever learn. Brings me back to the time when me and my team we're dancing in a small competition and I messed up on a certain routine, my dance coach literally roasted/scolded me for about 5mins infront of my teammates. I feel like people would persuade her as mean but that’s just the amount of vocabulary she has in English. It does sound harsh but that’s just the way she knows how to say it. Thats how YHS to them when he assessed them before as YG trainees, well almost all who train in YG because he want them to be the best. And this strictness became YG artists trademark like G-Dragon, B.I, CL, Taeyang and others who evaluates YG trainees as well. Lisa somehow adapted this quality of being high standard because she knows this will be helpful to the trainees once they debut they need to be strong in heart and mind as well.

I don't understand why it shocks so many people that Lisa is strict in practically 4 years of career she never made any missteps. She has always been perfect in all areas. Lisa has always been the most smiling and it's not because she's necessarily happy it's just professionalism. So it doesn't surprise me that she is a perfectionist and she must surely be very hard with herself just to see her journey since she is young she has always given herself thoroughly. She always pushes her limits to be the best. A truly admirable journey, the first on 4000 in auditions in Thailand after she arrives in a foreign country where she is trained by the best teachers in one of the strictest agencies, knowing that in addition she did not know how to speak Korean at all she had to adapt to learn as quickly as possible and despite everything as Jennie said in an interview that when she was trained "Lisa always got an A for everything", it simply means that Lisa was always at the top of their monthly evaluations, whether it was dancing, rapping , compose or sing. She is truly incredible, she is not human.

They cannot pass this dance or perform, they're going home. Some trainees are nervous a scary, some of the trainees are crying going have a lot of prasure.
