Been using SD3 for a long time now. Still holds up on a lot of different metal genres. Very flexible sampler.

So do you have 2-3 sounds kits in one? It’s kind of pretty handy to have different sounds mapped to different MIDI notes in the same kit or to be able to switch kits by click and have them layered onto the same notes in piano roll.
